Our commitment

DumpsterFinder aims for the website, apps and hauler storefronts to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The storefront templates are built with semantic HTML, keyboard operability, visible focus, sufficient contrast for every hauler color theme (we adjust text color automatically when a hauler picks a low-contrast brand color), form labels and error messages announced to screen readers, and no information conveyed by color alone.

Known limitations

Map-based service-area drawing in the hauler admin is mouse-oriented; a ZIP-list alternative is always available. Some hauler-uploaded images may lack alternative text; the storefront requires alt text for new uploads.
